About

Holistic Families

Hey there, Holistic Mom!

My name is Elizabeth, and like you, I strive to help my family be as healthy and happy as possible. I value self-care and do my best to get as much rest and me time as possible too. Herbalism, essential oils, and nutrition are three things I spend my free time studying, when I’m not homeschooling our 8 year old or working with my coaching clients.

My husband Billy ( writer & coach over at Holistic Dad) and I created this site to help you and your family thrive, and share resources and tips that have helped us.

We review holistic, natural products and share wellness, marriage, simple living, and homemaking tips & resources.

I also talk about what I’m learning as an herbalism student at the Herbal Academy of New England, and share photos from our daily life over on Instagram. And if you’re looking to connect with other like-minded families, join our Facebook group of over 3K members. Members regularly ask questions and share holistic living tips & resources, so make sure to stop by and introduce yourself!

To find out more about collaborating with us, please email me at ellekbradley@gmail.com or visit our product review page!

About Us

Our family lives amongst the rice paddies on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Billy is a writer & wellness coach that loves helping people live creative, healthy lives. He’s originally from Michigan but calls Los Angeles home, after living there for nearly a decade. He became interested in wellness & health after being diagnosed with asthma out of the blue when he was in his twenties. He finally discovered he had developed a severe allergy to gluten and has recovered since omitting it from his diet.

Elizabeth ( yours truly) is a fellow writer, certified Holistic Life & Home Apothecary Coach, photographer, and digital strategist. I’m also a graduate of Jiva Ayurveda’s Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant program, the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, and the Divine Living Academy ( online version). In addition, I study at the Herbal Academy of New England and have completed their introductory herbalism course.

I work with Life & Health Coaches who are new to blogging & social media and need help developing their content marketing and personal brand. You can find out more about how I help coaches with their blogs & online platforms  here.

We’re also an unschooling family, and share tips about home education here on the blog.
